Stress is the ROOT of all of the major illnesses we encounter today. So many people do not take the effects of stress seriously enough. It's imperative that you have a stress management system as much as you schedule time for fitness. In this week, we teach you the physiological response to stress in the body and how to master a stress management routine.

PHASE FIVE: SLEEP

Over 75% of North Americans are sleep deprived! So many of us sacrifice sleep for our work, house cleaning and even Netflix. Sleep is Non-Negotiable and in this week, we teach you the science of sleep so that you truly understand what is happening with your body while you are healing and repairing. Then we help you master a sleep routine so that you will always wake up and feel refreshed and vitalized.  

PHASE SEVEN: MINDSET

Your Health is Non-Negotiable! That means that your health can not negotiate with the choices you are making every day . Your body has no choice but to protect itself from inflammatory foods. PHASE SIX: DETOX

Using functional medicine strategies and a proper meal plan, in this week you will learn how to gradually enter and exit a mild detox and juicing cleanse. We teach you the benefits of juicing and the frequency that is best for you and your lifestyle.
